R4 Phase 2 Day 14

Weight - 140.6

I was surprised with a 0.6 loss today after the 1.2 yesterday.  I'll take it.  I'm now about 10 lbs from where I want to hold at for this round.

Tonight I batch cooked some of the proteins.  Came up with 20 portions of chicken, 9 of buffalo, 11 of eye of round beef steak.  I freeze some of it and refrigerate the rest.  With three of us in the house on the diet right now it makes it easier to grab the protein and fix the veggie.

Breakfast
Coffee with KAL stevia
with my Keurig Coffee Maker.  A lot of the flavored coffees available are P2 friendly.

Lunch - (151 calories)
100 g chicken breast, baked
280 g cucumber
20 g onion
3 tbsp red wine vinegar


Afternoon snack - (46 calories)
150 g strawberries

Dinner - (283 calories)
150 g buffalo sirloin
150 g broccoli
Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic seasoning
150 g strawberries


Total calories for the day  480
Daily Calorie Composition: 36% from carbs, 11% from fat and 53% from protein.
