Drop of 3 lbs after steak day.

Skipped breakfast today.

Lunch - (439 calories)
**Steak with sauteed mushrooms
200 g sirloin steak
180 g baby bella mushrooms
75 g onion
1 tsp Nutiva Coconut oil
1 tsp worchestershire sauce

Afternoon snack - (142 calories)
1 oz raw almonds


Dinner - (446 calories)
**Chicken breast & Garden Salad
6 oz baked chicken breast
175 g romaine
100 g cucumber
100 g roma tomato
28 g Tillamook Extra Sharp White Cheddar
3 tbsp Newman's Light Italian dressing


Evening snack - (340 calories)
2 Organic corn tortillas
3 oz Mexican cheese blend

Total Calories for the day 1,402
Daily Calorie Composition: 16% from carbs, 52% from fat and 32% from protein.

  2. I am a scale-aholic. I have spreadsheets that began last July where I record my AM and PM weights. I can usually guesstimate by the averages if I'll have a gain or a loss the next morning
