Up .6 from yesterday. Yes it's another day of an increase, but after such a fantastic meal last night I considered it a victory. I think the potassium increase early in the day really made a difference.
So.. today is a steak day. Tomorrow will be something else to get this train back on the tracks. I've done it before. Maybe not to this extent. But I know this works. It's called life.
