Weight - 143.8

Two lb loss!  Something's working.  Repeating yesterday's menu again today.  Going to play this out a bit longer.

Daily Calorie Composition: 17% from carbs, 25% from fat and 58% from protein.

  2. A friend of mine doing HCG ended up having to double her protein in order to lose any weight. She didn't lose anything the first 2 weeks of HCG. We obviously knew something was wrong so she tried everything and that's what ended up working. I would stick to this new plan too if I was losing that much! You are doing great!
