What a long and exhausting day and then to have to load on top of that. It's after midnight and I'm still at it.
I prepped and injected 150iu of Hucog hcg at about 10 am this morning. Myself, my DIL and a friend (both also starting today) had mani/pedi appointments from 1 til 3pm. We then finished a bit of shopping for the diet and came home to cook, portion out foods, etc. We managed to get 34 portions of chicken breast, 8 portions of steak, 20 of ground beef, 28 of lean ground turkey (I prefer it to ground chicken) all done and ready to go. We precooked the chicken and steak, but just portioned out the ground meats. Out of 14 meals for this coming week, 7 will be chicken , 2 will be steak, and then they can decided on using ground beef or turkey or fish for the other 5.
They worked at splitting up veggies, fruits, seasonings, etc between two of them and leaving half for myself and my son (who is also starting today). There's an awful lot of produce around my house the past few days and most of it bulk from Costco. On Friday we purchased two large bags of apples, 2 bags of clementine oranges, 3 lbs of strawberries, chicken, ground turkey, filet mignon, frozen cod, as well as some bulk seasonings. I was surprised at the number of seasonings they have that are P2 compliant. Their Kirkland brand No Salt Seasoning, Ground Garlic, and Minced Onion as well as some Italian seasoning. They also had 8 packs of Pacific Natural Foods Chicken stock that contains no sugars or starches. I bought Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails formula that contains 5000mcg of Biotin. I used biotin in my last round and felt it made a big difference with hair loss. Their B-100 complex is compliant also.
Oh and on top of all this, dinner out at a pizza place and trying to get in a lot of fats. I did pretty well I think although my appetite the end of this week has been lacking.

60 g each of onion, mushrooms, bell pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp butter (double for extra fat)
28 grams blue cheese

Lunch - (357 calories)
**Pimento Cheese Sandwich
4 tbsp Mrs Weavers Pimento Cheese (almost 92% fat)
2 tsp Dukes Mayonnaise (for extra fat)
20 g onion
1 whole grain Bagel Thin
Dinner - (1,018 estimated)
**Bunless mushroom burger with blue cheese
2 pizza turnovers (like pizza rolls but bigger)
8 oz ground sirloin
50 g mushrooms
28 g blue cheese crumbles (for extra fat)
side salad with loads of blue cheese dressing (for extra fat)
6 ounces 14 Hand Merlot
Evening Snack - (724 calories)
**Pimento cheese on celery (for extra fat)
100 g pimento cheese
1 tbsp dill relish
25 g onion
150 g celery
pepper
56 g walnuts (for extra fat)
2 tbsp half and half in coffee (for extra fat)
Total Calories for the day 2,677
Daily Calorie Composition: 13% from carbs, 70% from fat and 17% from protein.
