Afternoon Snack - (46 calories)

**Beef stir fry - mixing veggies a bit tonight and trying mushrooms
123 g raw weight beef bottom round sliced thin
115 g fresh mushrooms
150 g celery
50 g onion
1/2 c beef broth
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp minced garlic
pepper to taste
