HCG Diet Round 2 Phase 1 Loading Day 1

(rolling up my sleeves) Here we go again.  After a successfull 40+ day P2 in Round 1 followed by 21 days of Phase 3 and over 60 days of Phase 4, I am ready to start it all again.  I dread the loading days...  lots of good fats and a few things I may miss in the next 6 or 7 weeks.

My menu the next two days will look crazy.  All eggs instead of eggbeaters, butter instead of light margarine, etc


Breakfast - (585 calories)
Spanish Omelet

4 large eggs
1 tbsp half and half
1 tbsp butter
75 g mushrooms
75 g onion
75 g bell pepper
56 g Oscar Mayer cooked ham
28 g colby jack cheese
33 g avocado
1 jalepeno
2 tbsp salsa
10 oz coffee
1 tbsp half and half

Lunch - (651 calories)
Mega salad
170 g mixed bag lettuce
120 g cucumber
65 g bell pepper
75 g onion
33 g avocado
100 g Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh turkey
35 g reduced fat blue cheese crumbles
4 tbsp Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese dressing


Dinner - (558 calories)
Mexi stirfry
0.70 lb (raw weight) sirloin tip, sliced bite-size
3.5 c mixed stir fry veggies (mine had bell peppers, onion, snow peas, cauliflower and broccoli)
2 tsp McCormick Mild Taco Seasoning
2 tbsp light sour cream


Snacks - (940 calories)
1 c Safeway Select Rocky Road light ice cream
12 oz Barefoot Moscato wine
1 slice Private Selection New York Style Cheesecake



Total Calories for the day 2,734
Daily Calorie Composition: 27% from carbs, 47% from fat and 26% from protein.
