Weight - 187.6 Ouch!
Steak day! No doubt. I feel like a blob. I will never eat a white flour product again or chocolate cream pie and definitely not in the same meal with fats like eggs. Totally against what I've been trying to do. I fully expect this will take me a couple of days to correct. A proper spanking before I head to Southern California for a week-long vacation.
Coffee and half & half in the morning
Dinner - (786 calories)
7 oz ribeye steak, broiled
6 oz sirloin tip roast (leftover)
170 g napa cabbage
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Total calories for the day 810.
Daily Calorie Composition: 3% from carbs, 45% from fat and 52% from protein.
but since you were on day 50, shouldn't you be able to live normally and not have to worry about eating fats with chocolate cream pie without gaining that much?
ReplyDeleteP4 is for life. It's the lifestyle changes needed to be made to maintain the weight loss. The body will always react to food combinations and the combination of fats and sugars or fats and starches can cause gains.
ReplyDeleteThat's what we are left with the valuable tool - steak day - to correct those gains.
wow that idea terrifies me. so on the lifetime maintenance people still have to weigh themselves everyday?
ReplyDeleteYes.. the steak day rule still applies. Any day you are over 2 lbs from your last day on hcg weight, you do a steak day.
