Whooaaa.. I ate cheesecake yesterday and dropped over a pound? Wouldn't that be a perfect world. Today is a typical family Sunday when my son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter come over to hang out for the day. Tonight's dinner is my creamy chicken and thyme soup. Makes the whole house smell like Thanksgiving.
Breakfast - (303 calories)

2 oz Foster Farms deli turkey, chopped

1/2 c eggbeaters
1 slice Sargento Pepper Jack Cheese
2 tbsp fresh pico de gallo
Lunch - (168 calories)
Garden Salad with turkey breast
140 g bagged lettuce mix
110 g Jennio-O Hickory Smoked Turkey breast, chopped
70 g onion
70 g baby dill pickle
4 tbsp Maple Grove Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette
Afternoon Snack - (120 calories)
5 whole wheat Ritz crackers
1 slice Sargento Reduced Fat Colby Jack cheese
Dinner - (706 calories)
16 oz Creamy chicken n Thyme soup & 2 whole grain rolls
1 box Buckeye Chicken 'N Thyme Soup Mix
2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
10 c water or 5 c water and 5 c chicken broth
1 large onion
5 stalks celery
1 can Campbell's Low Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/3 c Rice Select Texmati Wild Rice blend
salt and pepper to taste
I make this soup somewhat on the package directions but add either rice or pasta to it along with the cream of chicken soup. I usually end up adding extra liquid too or it ends up too thick.
