HCG Diet Phase 4 Day 38

Weight 185.6

Going to leave off the remainder of the wild rice for another day and then try it again.

Breakfast - (235 calories)
1 packet Jay Robb Whey Protein - vanilla
1 container Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Organic Apple Butter
stevia to taste

Mixed the Jay Robb powder with 6 oz of water recommended then blended in the yogurt and apple butter.

Lunch - (429 calories)
Garden Salad with turkey
160 g Jennie-O Hickory smoked turkey breast
85 g bag lettuce mix
75 g roma tomato
125 g cucumber
50 g onion
60 g baby dill pickle
3 tbsp Brianna's Real French Vinagrette

Dinner - (954 calories)
Bunless mushroom swiss burgers
2 Jennie-O All Natural quarter lb turkey patties
1 4 oz Omaha Steak burger
150 g mushrooms
1/8 tsp pepper
1 glove garlic
1 tsp light butter
1 tsp olive oil
60 g onion
2 oz (56 g) emmental swiss cheese

Cook burger patties as desired.  Heat oil and butter in small saute pan, add garlic, mushrooms, and onions.  Saute until cooked through and soft.  Top burgers with mushroom mixture and swiss cheese.

Total calories for the day 1,642
Daily Calorie Composition: 10% from carbs, 50% from fat and 40% from protein.
