And again the steak day does it's trick. Down 3.4 lbs from yesterday morning and I weighed earlier than normal today because of an early appointment.
Why is it that no one has ever come out and said "When you're weight climbs a bit just eat a big steak and a tomato or apple." If they'd told me that years ago, I'd have never gained weight. It's a good thing I like steak!
