HCG Diet Phase 4 Day 26

Weight 185.4

The fair food didn't seem to hit me too bad.  Took a detox bath tonight.  Got my tub to 108degreesF, added 4 cups epsom salts and 2 cups baking soda.  Soaked for 20 minutes, jumped out, put on sweats and dove under the covers to continue the burn for another 30 minutes.

Got a late start today.. so breakfast was really at lunchtime and it's also from a Mexican restaurant

Brunch?! - (484 calories)
Mocajete -  Mexican stew with beef, chicken, mushrooms and onions in broth
3 tbsp Mexican rice
1 slice avocado
1 white corn tortilla
1/2 tsp butter

Lunch - (535 calories)
180g (cooked weight) ribeye steak (leftover from Tuesday night)
170g Garden lettuce blend
3 tbsp Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Balsamic dressing


Dinner - (526 calories)
Lemon chicken breast with ranch yukon gold potatoes
6.75oz (cooked weight) boneless skinless chicken breast
280g Yukon gold baked potato, cubed in small pieces
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
2 tsp olive oil

Cut the potato in small cubes, coated with the oil and tossed them in the powdered ranch mix the baked until tender at 350degreesF.

Evening snack - (218 calories)
5 whole wheat Ritz crackers
35g Tillamook Garlic Chili Pepper Cheddar

Total Calories for the day 1,787
Daily Calorie Composition: 26% from carbs, 39% from fat and 35% from protein.
