Okay.. the rice wasn't nice at least to me. I'm up exactly 2 lbs from yesterday and I can see the writing on the wall, so STEAK day!
I had coffee with 2 tbsp Almond milk in the morning and lots of fluids throughout the day.

Grilled a 1 lb (raw weight) boneless ribeye seasoned with two salt-free seasonings, Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salt Free Seasoning and Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend. Also had a tomato diced up.
Total calories for the day 1,451
3% from carbs, 66% from fat and 31% from protein
