I wouldn't recommend stopping before the minimum 23 days of dosing if you can prevent it. It would depend on the individual situation on whether you'd need to wait or not.
ReplyDeleteOK. I just didn't really load first and feel like the weight isn't moving fast. I have lost 15lb in 21 days tho so I guess I am doing fine. I am going to stick to it and do another round in Sept. Again... thanks for your blog and your help!!
ReplyDelete15 lbs in 21 days is fantastic! Women average .5 to .75 per day over the course of their round. Your average is .71. Definitely on the high end of normal.
