Then I started experimenting with what fruit I did better with (apples and strawberries) and whether the toast made a difference. Overall it could have gone either way. I loved filling up on veggies and if that meant skipping the toast to have a bit more, I did it. Just wanted to say I'm so happy I found your blog...you've given me some great ideas for recipes and I really find all of your detailed calories counts, etc. interesting and informative...I just started HCG, I'm on Day 2 of my VLCD, and I was thinking I'd probably just be slapping some makeshift things together to eat, but inspired by your blog I just made a really nice egg white and spinach omelet, so thanks! Also, I noticed that you played around with the meal formula a bit, sometimes just one fruit a day, sometimes none, sometimes toast, sometimes none, etc., and I was just wondering if you were experimenting with weight loss results, and if so, did anything work particularly better for you than anything else?
